How long does a custom build take?
It depends on the piece and our current queue, but most custom builds take 4–10 weeks from deposit to delivery. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before you commit to anything.
Do you ship outside of Jacksonville?
Yes—we can arrange for nationwide shipping. Large pieces like river tables ship freight, fully packed and protected. We’ll walk you through the shipping process when we finalize your order.
How is pricing determined?
Every piece is priced based on materials, dimensions, and complexity. River tables and large custom furniture typically range from $700 to $10,000+. Serving boards and smaller pieces start at $45. We’ll give you a firm quote before any work begins.
I don't know exactly what I want yet — is that okay?
Completely fine. Most of our best projects started as a rough idea. Fill out the form with whatever you have, and we’ll figure out the rest in conversation.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes—we require a deposit to secure your spot in the build queue. The amount varies by project. We’ll confirm everything before you commit.
